Steve is responsible for the management and execution of property tax consulting engagements on a nationwide basis for owners of commercial real estate, with additional specializations with semiconductor manufacturing facilities and corporate campuses. His experience includes valuation appeals, negotiation, pre/post acquisition due diligence, litigation support, personal property compliance and property tax exemptions.
