John Woolard is a licensed Senior Property Tax Consultant with over thirty years of industrial property tax valuation and assessment appeals experience. He has specialized training and professional education in the valuation of industrial machinery, equipment and intangible assets. John has a successful multi-state track record representing national clients for tangible asset assessment appeals before appraisal district review boards. John graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Development. He has completed numerous property tax valuation courses sponsored by the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT), the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO), the Georgia Association of Assessing Officers, the Appraisal Institute, the Texas Association of Assessing Officers (TAAO), the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP) and other professional organizations.
